David V. Zappa, P.E. has more than 16 years of sales, marketing, engineering, and project management experience in the field of civil and environmental engineering consulting. He has managed projects including due diligence, storm water permitting and design, wastewater permitting, air permitting, and environmental compliance projects. Mr. Zappa also has experience in performing environmental audits (water, waste, EPCRA) at facilities throughout Ohio and the United States. He has managed, designed, constructed, permitted and operated remediation projects and systems for industrial, commercial, and petroleum clients throughout the Midwest. In addition, he has experience with engineering design, permitting, and construction oversight activities for landfills (sanitary and C&DD).
